Woo! Finally done!
Green Norn Ranger, from Guild Wars: Eye of the North. Costume was hand made by me (including the steel boned corset~ my pride and joy).

Edited to add: This costume, along with ~ladyredcomet's Norn Ritualist, took the award for Best Craftsmanship at Geek.Kon 2009.
